Delivery Charge:

Courier Partner:

We will deliver your order to your doorstep.  Kindly notify us before placing an order for inaccessible courier services in your area. Home delivery is only available if the courier partner provides service at your location. In that case, you will need to collect the parcel from the courier office. If you need any specific courier service, kindly confirm with us before booking your order.

Dispatch Time:

Dispatch starts within 1 - 3 business days. We will share the courier tracking number within 4 to 5 business days. If any delay in dispatch we will inform you before placing the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed by you that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. We shall be informed you and will initiate the process for a refund.

Delivery Time:

It takes 3 to 12 business days to deliver to your location. Sometimes it takes 20 days to get delivered, kindly give time to delivery of your product. We are depending on a private courier, so can't able to do time-framed orders.

All products are dispatched from our vendors via courier, so you won’t get any invoice copy in the courier package and you are requested to track the parcel status online.

Shipping Policy:

If you order two or more items (different products), you can get them in multiple parcels on different days as there are different vendors and different shipping locations. So you may receive more than one delivery to your given address.

Non-delivery of product occurs due to mistakes done by you, like not providing the correct address and an authorized person not available in given address, in such a case extra delivery charge claimed from you to redeliver of that product.

Non-delivery of a product occurs due to the product being misrouted somewhere or the product missed due to a mistake done by courier office, in such case an extra delivery charge is not claimed by you for the redelivery of that product. We will redeliver your products without an extra delivery charge.

Sometimes delay happens to give you a courier tracking number. Kindly wait we will try to send it within a week (Business days). Due to technical issues, can't able to see proper details in the courier platform. The parcel will reach your address within time.

We shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of products that occurs due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond our control. Kindly give time; products will reach your address as soon as possible.

We are requesting you to reject if the parcel was found damaged at the time of delivery.
