Return and Exchange Policy
Kindly read the return policy clearly.
Only accepted returns are taken back. Return delivery charges are eligible for up to Rs.50 to Rs.70 based on mentioned terms.
Kalamkari, tussar, dyeing, and hand-painted products will have stains, misprints, smudges, and shades that are common. Line missing, thread missing, thread pulls, and split in border upper part, this all common in pure hand-woven products. The hand-dyed product is dried on river banks, so possible for sand to come in products. So these all are not considered damages. Mangalagiri pure pattu is the cotton mix is less and pattu mix is more. Mangalagiri pattu is one thread cotton one thread pattu. Mangalagiri silk is a flowing texture smooth but the thread texture differs. Mangalagiri weaving pattern differs. If you have doubts, ask for details on whatsapp.
Everyone has a different perception about quality and expectations - what some people may feel as good quality and some may perceive as bad quality, so quality basis no return or exchange. We are committed to providing the best quality, however nature of fabrics we do not guarantee embroidery, stones, and color bleeding.
However, because of the limitations of digital technologies we cannot guarantee that the colors seen on a screen to exactly the same as compared to the actual product. There might be mild color variation in the product due to color reproduction in the camera and screen. If you have any doubt about color kindly clarify it before placing an order. For this reason refund or exchange is not available.
Any kind of damage, missing item or wrong item received, parcel opening video is mandatory. Start to make a video before opening the parcel. Make an uncut video showing the package on all sides with the To and From address details clearly shown till the product is taken out and opened full product. Without the parcel opening video 100 % no complaint will be accepted. Without the parcel opening video, our seller didn’t accept any complaints. Kindly make a note of this.
If you are really satisfied with the product only then go for purchase. Once the order is confirmed with payment, it cannot be canceled.
If you are received the wrong product or damaged products kindly inform us within 48 hours.
Send us an uncut parcel opening video to our WhatsApp number. If the same product is available we will dispatch it to your given address. If the same product is not available in this case, you can choose any other product or refund available. Note the product will be considered for refund/exchange only after you received a confirmation from us.
After giving confirmation for refund/exchange, return that parcel to our given address through any courier service.
- The product must be in original condition and unworn.
- Must be intact with all original packaging.
After we verified the returned product, we will refund/exchange your product, otherwise, we will send the product back to your address and no refund will be given.
In the event of damage found in the product after placing the order, we are ready to refund you in this situation (Product Payment) or you may select any other product.
You are requested to reject the courier if the parcel is torn or damaged at the time of delivery.
We aim to keep every product on our website in stock, but sometimes a product may not be available in stock. We realized that the product is not available which is booked by you, and then we will inform you within 2 business days. You have an option of choosing any other product or the product amount will be refunded to you.
We reserve the right to change any of the above terms at our sole discretion.
